Parcel Inspection Before Payment
To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we allow customers to inspect their parcel before making payment at the time of delivery. Please review the following conditions carefully:
- Parcels may be opened before payment in the presence of the courier rider.
- Customers are advised to check the product, size, and condition at the time of delivery.
- Once the parcel is accepted and payment is made, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both parties. The following criteria must be met:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind after accepting and paying for the parcel.
- Size or color issues if the product was accepted at the time of delivery.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
Return Process
To request a return or refund, customers must follow the process outlined below to ensure smooth handling:

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after approval and verification of the returned item. Please review the refund conditions below:
- Refunds are applicable only for approved cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.
- Customers will be required to share valid bank account details for refund processing.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
- Flora Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the customer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged item), Flora Fabrics will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refused or Unaccepted Parcels
Orders that are refused or not accepted at the time of delivery are handled as follows:
- Parcels refused after inspection will be treated as cancelled orders.
- Repeated refusal of parcels may result in restriction of future orders.
